A drink that encapsulates balance, it’s an Americano with gin, sure but a whole lot more.

Ingredients: 30ml The West Winds Gin/The Sabre, 30ml Campari, 30ml Antica Formula or Maidenii Sweet Vermouth

Build ingredients in a cocktail shaker chill and strain into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
