Ingredients: The West Winds Gin The Sabre, lemon juice, maraschino liqueur, Creme de Viollete or Yvette

Ingredients: 45ml The West Winds Gin The Sabre, 15ml lemon juice, 15ml maraschino liqueur, 1 barspoon* of Creme de Viollete or Yvette - Available at Dan Murphys 

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupette or martini glass. Cherry garnish.

Shake and double strain into a martini glass and then garnish with a basil leaf. Use a fine strainer to avoid those awkward green bits in your teeth that your date ends up pointing out.
